Night receptionist required for a stylish hostel located in the vibrant Old Quarter of Hanoi.

• To support the efficient and effective running of the hostel during the night.

• Responsible for guest check-in

• Process all payment types such as cash, debit, debit or credit.

• Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.

• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good English skills • Be outgoing, organised and friendly • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus • You must provide first class customer service and should be highly organised with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. • We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. • You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.
