Mô tả công việc

• Responsible in conducting sales calling and meeting up with clienteles to secure events deals by sharing approved events packages.
• Manage all enquirers (both phone calls and written) for corporate/ private sales and negotiate with clients to reach a sales agreement and handle the signing of the agreement.
• Coordinate with other departments on the client's requirements for the corporate/ private events and raise billing requests to bill a customer after an event and ensure that all admin matters are dealt with.
• Perform event execution; ensuring clientele's basic expectation is met.
• Handle customer's enquiries on bills and feedback and execute service dispute/ recovery solutions to retain and create loyal high-worth key accounts.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent preferable
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Understanding hospitality market including customer segmentation
• Excellence in presentation, prospecting, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written)
