Responsible in conducting sales calling and meeting up with clienteles to secure events deals by sharing approved Meeting & Event packages.
Manage all enquirers (both phone calls and written) for sales and negotiate with clients to reach a sales agreement and handle the signing of the agreement.
Coordinate with other departments on the client's requirements for the Meeting & Event and raise billing requests to bill a customer after an event and ensure that all admin matters are dealt with.
Perform event execution; ensuring clientele's basic expectation is met.
Handle customer's esquires on bills and feedback and execute service dispute/ recovery solutions to retain and create loyal high-worth key accounts.
