Mô tả công việc

Utilizing the staff and resources available, organize and facilitate the highest possible standards of food presentation in the Bakery area.
Ensure production and consistency on daily base
Ensure concerns with product and service are communicated with the Senior Chef in Charge.
Maintain food costs at budgeted levels by careful preparation, service and storage of food product.
Coordinate daily food requirements with purchasing with consideration for delivery times, shelf life and storage capabilities
Implements and controls procedures that provide for the security, health and safety of personnel and guests.
