Mô tả công việc

Actively supporting the quality improvement process.
- Assuming responsibility of daily operation of all assigned outlets.
- Assisting in ensuring that scheduling functions are performed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Assisting in maintaining highly motivated and well trained staffs.
- Opening and closing shift in accordance with manager’s checklist.
- Initiate aggressive guest interaction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests.
- Training, maintaining and enforcing all company service standards, using use records, menus, and appropriate reference materials.
- Maximizing revenue by using up selling techniques in the restaurant
- Properly executing revenue and check control procedures on shift.
 Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees and guests.
- Gathering and implementing all proper tools for running shifts i.e. schedules, floor plans, reservations, checks.
- Finding solutions for problems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problems that may arise.
- During shift, ensuring that guests are satisfied by assisting with serving, seating, communication with kitchen, and by striving to speak to all guests.
- Being on the floor during entire meal period and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Conducting taste panels and menu classes on a daily basis for restaurant.
- Ensuring that only a quality product is being served.
- Monitoring hours, staffing overtime on a daily basis for restaurant with accurate scheduling in line with forecast and budget guidelines.
- Ensuring all side work is done on a daily basis.
- Maintaining proper employee uniform standards
- Managing an effective repair and maintenance programme through the use of work orders, inspections, and etc.
- Assisting any employee in his/her job performance, when required, to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Understanding and teaching empowerment principles to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Exercising station rotation to ensure stations are distributed fairly.
- Assisting in implementing an effective training program for new and current employees using use records, menus, and appropriate reference manuals.
- Encouraging problem solving by employees through proper training and empowerment.
- Establishing effective communication with employees to gain their trust and respect through his/her hard work.
- Maintaining fair and consistent counseling and/or disciplinary procedures in accordance with company’s guarantee of fair treatment policy.
- Attending restaurant employee meetings.
- Demonstrating positive interdepartmental relations.
- Communicating directly and/or through the use of the log book to the next shift supervisor.
- Identifying and recommending incentive programs, new ideas, and methods of operation.
- Performing any reasonable request made by management.

Job Profile & Qualifications:
- At least Vocational diploma and preferable Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 2 year experience in restaurant operation with a good track record of achievements
- Good inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills
- Flexible, outgoing and always with a smile, team builder and problem solver
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Positive and proactive personality
- Proficiency in English, computer
- Good in driving results, people management and development
- Passionate about Food and Beverage, the service industry & hospitality in general
