Mô tả công việc

  • Be responsible for designated account base.
  • Input all data in system for appropriate account management follow up and tracing.
  • Develop Sales action plan to target key accounts and have agreed with Director of Sales
  • Organize and report weekly sales call plan and weekly entertainment plan to DOS and DOSM
  • Establish a regular core pattern for meeting with principals of target markets and conduct site inspections within the Hotel
  • Plan and execute a series of familiarization tours for convention organizers, meeting Planners, incentive operators, corporate travel planners and other industry personnel.
  • Work towards monthly budgets and report progress each 2 weeks against targets in the sales meetings
  • Maintain regular contact with the company's Sales offices where appropriate submit sales leads within the company's network
  • Assist in developing and implementation direct mail campaigns
  • Monitor guest / clients services and operational requirements in order to identify short falls in the operation
  • Set joint objectives and goals with DOS within appropriate time frames and measure performance against objectives
  • Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation immediately it occurs are notify staff of potential danger
  • Demonstrate effective selling techniques in promoting company's products and services
  • Assist DOS in preparing monthly outlook / forecast
  • Negotiate contracts only with approved suppliers as per corporate management policy and procedures
  • Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business Plan
  • Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
  • Analyses reports and make recommendations
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the Department Manager and Hotel Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 2 years experience in the similar position at a 5 start hotel.
  • Preference for Corporate background or large function Sales background.
  • Fluent English (both written and verbal).
  • Professional Sales skills.
  • Team work.
  • Negotiation skills.
