• Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset

• Helps the Front Office Manager organize and manage the team, perform administrative tasks and coordinate with the other departments

• Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development

• Through his/her actions and presence at the reception, transmits the Front Office Manager's instructions and priorities

• Secures the revenue from room sales

• Ensures the respect of procedures and hygiene and safety standards

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum experience required : 3 to 5 years

Education level : Bachelor / Licence

Areas of study : Hospitality Management

Languages essential : Vietnamese (Primary tongue) English (Working level)

Skills required :

• Previous experience as a receptionist, Team Leader or Assistant Front Office Manager

• Sales oriented

• Good management skills

• Team spirit

• Good listening and communication skills

• Self confidence

• Excellent presentation Excel Opéra Power Point TARS Word
