*Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. *To ensure that all guests are welcomed and greeted at the door and seated quickly in a courteous, polite and helpful manner and address all guests in the correct manner with the correct title and takes care of guests’ requirements promptly. *To actively promote and up sell services. *Present menus to customers and answer questions about dishes and make recommendations. *Check customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. *Resolves customer complaints regarding F/B Service and report them immediately to GM *Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers. *Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups. *Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements. *Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. *Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety. *Resolves routine problems encountered in performance of work assignments. *A briefing is held on a daily basis and important events are communicated to all employees *To be actively involved in all staff related issues and to handle them in a professional manner. *Maintains a good atmosphere and team spirit in the restaurant and kitchen and other departments in the resort. *To effectively communicate with the other departments and colleagues, suppliers and contractors to ensure that all information is communicated to the right addressee. *Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs. *Safety of the working environment in the department is maintained. * Constantly seeks new ways to increase revenues and to decrease expenses. * Maintains a good atmosphere and team spirit in the Resort. * Performs other related duties as assigned. *Take directions and guidance from GM.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Qualifications – Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Tourism or equivalent. • Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal. • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizationl, communication skills and solving problem.
