Mô tả công việc

- Welcome, do check in, check out. - Receive direct booking via phone. - Have a strong knowledge about the services in Phu Quoc to provide tourists - Sell the services of the resort as Boat Trip, Massage, Tour, sun cream, postcard, brochures, toothpaste… - Stock control (sun cream, postcard, toothpaste, brochures,...) - Give all check in-out information to Restaurant, Spa, HK, Activity, Security Department - Take the tourist to the room and introduce if required. - Receive all guests’ complaints and work closely with related departments to solve problems. - Do other tasks as Front Office Manager assigns
