- Performs her/him duties within the framework defined by the hotel norms and by internal regulations as supervised by the Director of Business Development. (DOBD) - Pays a visits to potential accounts in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts. - Assists DOBD to review rate guidelines & promotions - Leads the reactive team and assist to resolve any questions or issues - Liaises with vendors & partners to organize a wedding fair - Pushes Social events - Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis – quarterly or more often if need to be).

Minimum experience required : 3 to 5 years Education level : Bachelor / Licence Areas of study : Hospitality Languages essential : Vietnamese (Primary tongue) English (Working level) Skills required : - Previous experience in the role of Catering/ MICE senior sales manager - Understanding hospitality market including MICE segmentation - Excellence in presentation, prospecting, negotiation and interpersonal skill. - Communication skills: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. - Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written).
