Mô tả công việc

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-      Solid knowledge of front office SOPs.

-      Do the training, cross-training and retraining all front office staff.

-      Manage schedule shifts.

-      Supervise the workload during shifts.

-      Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.

-      Create and maintain working relationship and communicate with all departments.

-      In-charge the job performance appraisal for front office staff.

-      Maintain master key control.

-      Verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.

-      Review and complete credit limit report.

-      Supervise cashier in and out and verify banks and deposits at the end of each shift.

-      Enforce all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.

-      Monitor high balance guest and take appropriate action.

-      Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.

-      Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes.

-      Monitor all VIP’s special guests and requests..

-      Review daily front office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit.

-      Review Front office log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis.

-      Perform other duties as requested by management.

-      Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

-      Be able to use additional language (Korean/Japanese/Chinese) is a plus

-      Minimum of 5 years of hotel front desk experience

-      Hard working and under high pressure

-      Familiar with hotel software

-      Familiar with KPIs

-      Age: 30 – 45 with nice appearance

-      Gender: Male/ Female

QUALIFICATIONS:

College/University or higher degree
