Overall duty Be the representativein the Southmarket with main focus in HCMC to increase the revenue for Alba Hotels & Resorts. Main responsibilities Maintain and develop the relationship with the current TA/TOs of Alba Hotels & Resorts in HCMC market Prospect for potential new TA/TOs and turn this into increased business Seek for new leisure market feeders under the direct supervision of Business Development Director Build and develop the corporate market segment in HCMC with main focus on Diplomatic Missions under the strong support and attentive supervision from Business Development Director Build a solid and up to date database of leisure and corporate accounts in the South with main focus in HCMC market Strongly cooperate with the onsite sales team to achievement the sales target Strongly work with Marketing & Communications Section to optimize the marketing and brand exposure for Alba Hotels & Resorts Work closely with team members in other departments in Alba Hotels & Resorts to meet customer needs Conduct and implement the Quarterly/Yearly Sales Action Plan Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation Handling VIP corporate clients and VIP Fam Trip personally Checking and controlling daily hotel revenue figures against budgets targets

Yêu cầu công việc
BA or MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management or other related majors; Minimum 3 years experienced in 4- 5-star hotel/resort with equivalent role or relevant travel industry reservations/sales/operations/marketing experience Excellent in both English writing and speaking (French and Germany languages are advantage) Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS Able to work with limited supervision Good communication and administration skill Management and organization skills, detailed-oriented Strong sales skill Persuasive skill Good relationship with Travel Agents/Corporate Good database of guests is preferable Possess customer-handling techniques Able to co-ordinate work processes in a systematic manner Able to react fast but calmly in the midst of any co-ordination problems Must possess a patient, pleasant personality Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
