1. Observing hotel rules and regulations. 2) Endeavoring to show goodwill and good responsibility over working and creating good atmosphere with fellow workers. 3) Directly reporting and discussing to Assistant Chief Engineer/ Supervisors regarding any problems to mechanical / plumber work as mentioned above. Generally, Mechanic / Plumber’s responsibilities are including the tasks as follows: - Observing all safety rules in work. - Keeping his working places clean and tidy - Taking the responsibility of fixing all out of order plumber / mechanic equipment / machinery and out of order kitchen equipment. - Ensuring all work order requests on mechanic / plumber field or broken down kitchen equipment is completely taking care (for shift plumber / mechanic works). - Taking good care of all tools /materials / machines using for work - Notifying his immediate supervisor of any problems happen to material / tools / machinery use. - Assisting his fellow workers if necessary and possible. - Daily operating, maintaining and fixing all water pipes system, hot and cold water system, flush water system, drainage system and kitchen equipment in the building together with solving plumber / mechanic work order requests in shift.
