• Prepares yearly HR & Admin budgets • Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database • Payroll and benefit management • HR & Admin periodic statistical analysis reports • Performance evaluation system • Salaries administration, review and recommendation • Assist the Manager in day to day office routines and other employee’s related works. • Do any other special assignments given by the Human Resource manager.
