5* International Chain Hotel with 300+ Rooms and 5 F&B Outlets in Hanoi. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of multiple F&B outlets on a daily basis and coordinate special events • Ensure compliance with standards of service and the operating procedures • Effectively manage the restaurant by ensuring standards, opening and closing procedures, bill paying procedures are properly followed • Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of the VIP guests, special occasions, daily specials, personal preferences etc. • Personally meet and farewell most of the customers • Manage special event concepts • Manpower and budget planning • Stock control and forecasting • Actively pursue cost saving measures • Manage customer database and employ the data effectively

Yêu cầu công việc

• Ability to motivate and encourage his team to provide best service during all shifts • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, brand standards and local policies and procedures • Minimum 4 year-experience in supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination • Diploma in Hotel Management, F&B or related field • Great problem solving and organizational skills • Possess a good written and verbal command in English • Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure • Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently Please note that this position is available for Vietnamese Nationals only
