Responsibilities
- Communicating with B2B clients (in English and/or French), meeting their demandsand requirements, advising them via skype, emails or phone
- Keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products
- Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests by following the Easia Travel sales procedures and making quotations
- In charge of the project from the beginning till the end (from the 1st email received, till the client is back after the trip with the group, site inspections with clients, reports…); you will be the main and the only contact point
- Co-working & co-operating with your colleagues from the MICE team but also with operations, reservations, accounting departments, to ensure and follow up upon the completion of the tour program created
- Attending meetings and training sessions (at the office and also on fam trips in South East Asia)
- Brainstorming and looking for new ideas, products; contact with suppliers; sales and competitor monitoring

Profile
The following characteristics are beneficial but not required, the most important is that you are able to adapt to our company philosophy and that you are willing to actively participate in the missions you will be in charge of.

- Vietnamese candidates only
- Excellent English and/or French skills.
- BA or MBA in Foreigner Language, Hotel & Tourism Management or other related majors
- Experience in tourism, at a similar position in inbound tourism sector is an advantage
- Good organization & team-working skills
- MS office knowledge (PC and Microsoft Software)
- Good knowledge of foreign clients’ expectations and willingness to meet their demands
- Able to work under high pressure and if required, overtime
- Flexible & open minded
- Creative
- Motivation and energy to perform well and accomplish goals


Working time
- 40 hours per week (8h30 – 12h & 13h30 – 17h30)
- Off on Saturday & Sunday
- 12 days of annual leave entitlement
