Crown Retreat Quy Nhon is currently under construction, and will initially operate 50 resort style hotel rooms with a soft opening planned late 2017. Our vision is a contemporary 4 star resort just outside Quy Nhon, offering outanding and individual services to our guests. An opportunity came up to join our pre-opening team as Front Office Manager. You will: • Be responsible for the style and performance of our Front Office and Reservations team • Lead, train and motivate a team of 15 people ensuring highest standards and productivity • Wow your team and guests, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for both of them • Be happy to take on extra projects, create new things, enthuse others about your ideas, and assist in the property’s setup phase

Yêu cầu công việc

What you will need: Next to industry related education and work experience, we want to see a can-do attitude. At Crown Retreat Quy Nhon we are going the extra mile for our staff and guests, and deliver wholehearted service. You are: • Fluent in Vietnamese and (close to) fluent in English – the job interview will be in English • Currently working as a FOM or Assistant FOM in a medium sized 4 star property • Savvy in contemporary Front Office operations and computing • Positive, creative, motivated, eager to learn, welcoming, professional, a fast learner and thinker with a sense of responsibility and humour • A people person, and a great communicator able to build an attractive work environment and memorable staff and guest experiences • Experienced in Hotel Pre-Opening (would be nice but not necessary)
