Mô tả công việc

Administrative
- Maintain general filing systems
- Arranging the office in tidy and proper order
- Being in charge of office stationary and purchase requests
- Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message
- Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
- Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements
- Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists and make proper related arrangements for colleagues
- Handling staff database on payroll system and manually in staff personal files.
- Arrange appointments and meetings
- Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters

Recruitment
- Handling candidates profiles (both on line and hard copies), short-listing candidates for vacancies and arranging with related departments about the recruitment processes
- Liaison with recruitment agencies and hotel schools
- Co-ordinate work experience programs
- Manage the on-line recruitment through the Hotel Web Site
- Site inspections for schools, colleges, and universities
- Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements
- Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists
- Employee’s folder administration.
- Support Assistant HR Manager in searching, short listing and interview the candidates.
Event organization
- Assist on organizing employee events such as monthly recognition program, annual party, outing and other presentations or events…
- Prepare monthly birthday cards, cake vouchers for colleagues
- Follow up the annual events from IHG, propose event plan, monitor and manage the company’s event.
- Propose and monitor team activities to promote team spirit within the hotel in line with the value of the hotel.
Others
- Manage performance management system and cycle of recruitment and ensure process is adhered to for other positions
- Assist with line colleagues counseling and career management
- Ensure al colleagues awareness of HR Policies and procedures
- Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Colleagues
- Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH &S policies
- Support Assistant HRM for other HR issues: time attendance, visa extention, work permit, social insurance….
- Support the team for training, orientation, and other HR issues.
- Regularly communicates with colleagues and maintains good relations
- Other work is assigned by Assistant HR Manager/ DOHR.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.

- 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills
