Mô tả công việc

- Serve food courses and beverages to guests - Set tables according 5 star hotel service standards. - Answer questions on menu selections and then Communicate with the kitchen/ bartender regarding menu questions. - Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and or beverages - Pick-up trays and clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area, maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area. - Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. - To be fully responsible for the smooth and efficient arrival and departure of all Executive Level and VIP guests. To proactively ensure these guests’ needs are met and exceeded at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good communication in English, speaking Korean is an advantage - Previous experience in F&B, - Good Appearance. - Wide knowledge about the hospitality Service - At least 2~3 years experience as similar position at 4~5 star hotel would be advantageous
