Mô tả công việc

Basic Functions : Sales Manager is mainly in charge of coordination and delivery of Sales section through effective strategic and cooperative planning, including all kinds of The Montgomerie Links Vietnam (TMLV) services, not limited like rental Hotel rooms/Villas & banquet/events (golf/food & beverage events, wedding, teambuilding, MICE, etc.). The incumbent reports to General Manager, broken line to Director of Sales & Marketing. Major duties: 1. Sell, coordinate and deliver TMLV services of all kinds including those belonging to Banquets/Events, food & beverages, golf academy, rental hotel rooms/ villas, Driving Range; Sell TMLV services by establishing contact and develope relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. 2. Develop the annual Sales Strategic Plan covering specific markets for approval by DOSM and GM. 3. Mainly focus in sales for corporate companies, weddings, team buildings...to generate more revenue for department, then follow up the banquet/events organization until the end. 4. Provide Sales plan to attract new and repeat business /corporates including coordination with wholesale markets including but not limited to Travel Agents/Airlines/ Tour Operators/ Industrial Zones/ Hotels/resorts… 5. Assist in the preparation of the sales plan and annual budget for hotel development, developing wholesales account development inbound and outbound. 6. Develop and make presentations to prospective corporates, groups and the community regarding club amenities and the club services; serves as the primary public relations contact for the Club. 7. Identify new markets and emerging markets to improve sales of all kinds. 8. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. 9. Identify product/service improvements or new products/services by remaining current on Hospitality industry trends, market activities, and competitors. 10. Sales Team Management - Motivate and manage the sales team to achieve Event sales targets. - Equip the Events team with product knowledge, Montgomerie Links procedures, rates structure, sales kits, give-aways and basic selling skills. 11. Sales Targets Set individual sales targets for all sales personnel on existing and new accounts for banqueting sales. To monitor and measure performance. 12. Training - Conduct in-house training as well as outside training courses for staff in the Banquet & Event team. - Provide on the jobs training where necessary. 13. Competitors Activities - Monitor with the assistance of Marketing, Golf Operations and Membership, competitor's sales activities and their performances. - Ensure that Reader Board coverage is conducted on the competition once a week. 14. Trade Fairs and Sales Calls Conduct sales missions and participate in travel trade fairs either together with Sales Team or individually to expand local and domestic markets. 15. Reports and Returns - submit weekly and monthly sales report and delivery report to the DOSM within deadline. - Study daily and monthly arrivals and sales statistics reports to monitor business performance and trends. 16. Customer Complaints & Relations Ensure effective Public Relations skills handling customers complaints fairly and promptly to uphold the profile of the Montgomerie Links. 17. Inter-Departmental Co-operation Establish a good support with staff of other departments. 18. Customers Entertainment Organise and entertain our loyal supporters through luncheons, cocktails and dinners on a regular basis approved by DOSM and General Manager. 19. Perform related duties, as assigned or as necessary.

- Nice appearance, being initiative, extrovert, outgoing & independent, having passion in banquet/events , enjoying working with people. - Considerable knowledge of sales, marketing & business development - Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, related field or at least 3 years experience in corporate sales in hospitality industry as priority. - Skills in sales presentations, sales planning and handling sales closings. - Motivation for sales - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
