Good negotiator, resourceful, good in follow up leads, well organized, good planning qualities, friendly demeanour, outgoing, team player, result driven, able to work under pressure, physically fit and willing to work overtime when needed.
Receiving call itinerary from Owner / Director of Sales & Marketing and organizes the sales call plan
Conducting sales calls, undertakes mail campaigns and telemarketing activities as scheduled and instructed by the superiors
Gatherring names, addresses for the assigned market segments during the sales calls activity either from building boards, newspaper ads and other media sources
Keeping records and data of all the assigned accounts, including birthdays of secretaries, managers and other decision makers
Coordinate closely about the schedule of appointments, confirmation of appointments and other details needed to undertake an effective sales presentation.
Keeping the Sales & marketing manager informed about any and all sales feedbacks, problems, requests.
Keeping critical business matters confidential
Attend trade fairs, shows and other industry gatherings as instructed by the Director of Sales & Marketing
Keeping office work place clean and orderly
Developclose business relationships with the accounts thereby creating a high ‘recall’ value.
Attend seminars and training programs, internal and external, to uplift the sales skills.
Gatherring information about industry trends, plans of competitors and advises the Sales & Marketing Manager accordingly.
Embrace the company’s vision and mission and incorporates these in the daily work.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
