Mô tả công việc

§ Provide heart touching service to guests.

§ Maintain the Daily Log Book.Update and report “Lost and Found” procedure.

§ Be familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies.

§ Handle all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manners to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

§ Verify that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out.

§ Make sure that guest history records are accurately updated.

§ Ensure that all hotel rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information (if assigned).

§ Greet all guests and assist with registrations.

§ Make sure the strict control of room keys.

§ Prepare welcome cards and keys for arrival guests.

§ Provide accurate knowledge of hotels and the tourism in Vietnam.

§ Report “Lost and Found” procedure properly.

§ Verify arrival and departure details and coordinate with Concierge team to arrange luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
