ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Respect guest privacy when room is on “Do not disturb” status 2. Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request 3. Cleans and supplies guest rooms according to standards and procedures 4. Ensure master keys are kept secure at all times 5. Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied 6. Maintain all equipment in good working condition 7. Keep linen room neat and in good order 8. Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Shift leader 9. Report maintenance deficiencies to the Floor Shift leader 10. Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times 11. Provide a courteous and professional service at all times 12. Maintain good working relationships with own associates and all other departments 13. Does turndown service when required 14. Deliver high quality service to guests 15. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met 16. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service 17. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints 18. Promote the hotel and Sheraton products and services 19. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests 20. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures 21. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs 22. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area 23. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel: 1. In Ensure full liaison with other members of the team in Housekeeping and the Valet and Linen Room 2. Strong communication with other departments 3. Strong relationship with guests and internal customers 4. Good communication with the Senior Housekeeper, Office Coordinator and Executive Housekeeper

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education Graduate from high school and skill training school. Experience Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel industry. Grooming All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott International standards.
