Job Description:
- Call the French speakingtravelers during their trip in Vietnam in order to have their feedback about the services
- Send a report of the calls (the ones you called)
- Collect the feedback from all the markets about the trip in Vietnam
- Manage the information from the feedback
- Analyse the feedback
- Follow the problems and the solutions given by the staff until find THE real and expected solution
- Work closely with all the departments in all Vietnam in order to find general solutions to improve the quality of the services
- Collaborate with the departments to apply the solutions given
- Inspections of the services on spot to check the quality or to test new services

- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Age: From 27 years old and above
- Excellent communication skills in FRENCH is a MUST
- Good communication skills in English is a PLUS
- At least 3 years of experience of tour guide or tour operator or sales for French market
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, high level of personal presentation
- Flexible, be willing and available to work under pressure, concern for a job well done
- Creativity, autonomy, good organization skills and good sense of product’s evaluation
- Knowledge about Vietnamese tourism is highly appreciated (market, activities, services...)
- Good at Computer skills (Microsoft Software…)
