• Meet and greet hotel guests warmly and courteously • Actively participate in the sending, receiving and distribution of all incoming and outgoing faxes and messages • Provide secretarial services for guests • Minimize all costs whenever possible • Efficient in the use of all business center equipment • Update traffic sheets accurately • Handle complaints promptly and follow up thoroughly on action taken • Abide by established work schedules • Promote in house in house service and facilities • Answer all guests queries regarding meeting room rates, fax, copy machine, computer technology and all equipment efficiently and politely • Update airline schedules and guides the guest whenever requested • Co-ordinate the reservations of meeting rooms • Advise to Supervisor all stationary needs in advance • Attend to all guest needs and queries • Call regular guests, VIPs and long stay guest by name and learn the names of new guests • Ensure cleanliness of work area and clean your work area prior to departing • Report daily activities in logbook • Provide guests with all information on transportation, tours, city, and restaurants either through sales, reconfirmation or bookings • Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions • Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety. • Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
