Sales volume, culinary category, number of meals served and complexity of the operation determine level of responsibility and scope of position. - Supervise day to day all kitchen operations and associates - Supervise all food preparation areas including banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and associate cafeteria to ensure a consistent, high quality food products.   - Plan and implement short term and long term strategies to improve guests’ satisfaction of food quality to enhance food and beverage and promotion revenues. - As a department head, use leadership skills to manage other managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (writing and speaking) - Excellent culinary skills and good knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards - Experience in high volume operation and menu composition, purchasing and maintaining kitchen equipment - Financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting and capital expenditure planning) - Strong customer and associate relation skills - Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and management skills for a large team - Creative problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills - Two years’ working experience in the international hotel in the same position should be a priority - Relevant culinary education/training is a must
