Mô tả công việc

- To perform his/her duties in accordance with the Hotel internal regulations and standards

- To supply and explain the Company internal regulations (Manual) to the Department personnel

- To comply with the Company standards relating to the attire, personal appearance and hygiene

- Responds to, and immediately records, the incoming Reservations in the most appropriate manner by taking into consideration the occupancy of the Hotel

- Records timely the general occupancy forecasts of the contracted travel agencies, and ensures that they are at all times kept real, and in case of a probable discrepancy, gives the required information to the Director of Sales & Marketing and acts in accordance with his/her instructions

- Effects timely and completely all of the controls required for avoiding any overbooking of rooms of the Hotel

- Ensures the quality of daily incoming Reservations and the arrival Reservations to provide guests the best expected service and avoid problems happened caused of lacking/missing information in the reservation system

- Ensures that other departments are also informed about the general occupancy rate of the Hotel.

- Prepares and submits the reports completely and in a timely manner to the Director of Sales & Marketing upon demand and in accordance with instructions of the latter, as a part of the general statistics works (daily, weekly and monthly).

- Takes additional actions for sales of the premises and proceeds with such actions upon approval by the Director of Sales & Marketing

- Aware of all hotel Promotion/Package Program of the hotels (accommodation, FB or other outlets…) and gives realistic replies to the received demands in accordance with the Company standards, and informs the guests fully about the premises, and acts within the framework of our sales policy

- Ensures that the Agency Contracts are completely and fully implemented

- Masters approved credit clients and billing procedures for credit/non credit clients

- Updates and monitors Allotments/Series/Cut off dates and materialization status. To gladly respond to and meet the special demands of guests received at the reservation stage or at later stages by taking into consideration the guest satisfaction goals and the occupancy of the Hotel, and transmit such demands to the relevant units for satisfaction of them to the maximum extent possible

- Any additional tasks requested by HOD

Minimum 2 years of experience

Planning, organizing and leading skills. Good knowledge of reservation system. Ability to deal effectively with guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Manage and control rooms inventory and know how to achieve target

Good education in computer, B.A degree in language/ Sales & Marketing
