With your background as a Financial Controller in the international hospitality industry and pre-opening experience, you will be instrumental in the successful opening of Xanh Villas Resort and Spa by: “Financial Management”
Management reporting in an effective, accurate and timely manner
o P&L forecasting based on actual results and input from other functions.
o Develop, monitor and maintain budgets
o Treasury/cash flow management
o Maintain relationships with banks.
Accounting Management
o Lead an effective accounting team to meet day to day accounting needs
o Financial reporting in a compliant, accurate and timely manner
o Ensure compliance with VAS and other statutory requirements related to accounting and tax
o Reconcile between theoretical and actual food cost
o Maintain appropriate receivable and payable management
Internal and External Audits
o Develop, implement and enforce robust internal controls
o Maintain relationships with external auditors
o Manage external audit
o Manage tax audit
Operation Support
o Identify areas of best practices, synergies, revenue maximization and/or cost savings
o Support other functions with budgeting and financial data analysis
o Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve business processes
Procurement
o Oversee Procurement function
o Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with approved procurement process
o Cost control through supply chain management
Management Information System
Oversee IT functions and EAP system
Ensure POS system and IT infrastructure are effective

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel as Chief Accountant
• Strong experience of budgeting, forecasting, taxation, balancing, government regulations.
• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese, and English
• Experience of SUN, MC, Opera is a plus
