With your background as a Human Recourse Manager in the international hospitality industry and pre-opening experience, you will be instrumental in the successful opening of Xanh Villas Resort and Spa by:

• To be responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in Human Resources activities.
• To be responsible for the formulation, recommendation and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
• To manage the Human Resources department ensuring staff comply with hotel policies and procedures and local and government regulations.
• To develop and implement recruitment and screening systems and procedures in order to attract the most qualified candidates for position vacancies in the resort.
• To maintain and build relationships with local authorities as well as with the Labor Bureau and other local and regional organizations for Human Resources.
• To be fully in charge of all aspects of training and development of our human capital.
• Identify, develop, plan and enroll and execute on a bi-monthly basis a total package of basic trainings for all staff members. These trainings include: Keys To Communication, Cultural Differences, Induction Programs and Service Etiquette and Staff Conduct trainings.
• Together with the individual HoD, identify needs and supervise directly the training and development of each individual department and ensure that all training activities are in accordance with the needs of the hotel and follow-up with each individual HoD that all training programs have been smoothly executed.
• To review & analyze training policies, procedures and practices and recommend any improvement to the management as well as the individual HoD.
• To assist department heads and department trainers to conduct job skill and generic training for their staff.

* Experience / Experience:
• 5 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel with the principal's office location.
* Skills / Skills:
• Communicate in English
