Mô tả công việc

1. Plans day to day sales administration work and activities of the sales team to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the clients' expectations.

2. Continuously contribute to an attentive and distinctive experience that leaves our clients inspired.

3. Organizes and monitor meeting quotations, confirmation letters and set-up requirement on behalf of sales managers. Once completed, to hand over to F&B Banquet Dept. for preparation of Event Order.

4. Handles all incoming enquiries through telephone or emails from clients, in the absence of sales managers.

5. Ensure that client database is organized efficiently to facilitate sales promotional campaigns and targeted sales activities.

6. Work closely with the relevant operational deparments, in the absence of the Sales Managers, where necessary to facilitate information and co-ordinate requirement of clients.

7. Maintains efficient filing system for all contracting, quotations, events and groups.

8. Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as attending meeting where required, writing weekly reports and other specific duties related to the job function.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University Degree in Sales/Marketing or Hospitality Management.

- Good at written and spoken English communication.

- At least 1 year sales experience in the international Hotel or Resort.

- Accept working under pressure and target oriented

- Good teamwork spirit and eager to learn.
