To greet guests at the lobby and ensure that they are warmly welcome and giving farewell to guest while checkout.
To check rooms prior to guests check-in to ensure they are clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance.
To implement and maintain guest recognition program (membership)
To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up.
To maintain an up-to-date file and information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interest and make the necessary bookings when requested.
To conduct inspections of the public areas of the main lobby ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and initiating appropriate action where necessary.
To conduct hotel site inspections when directed.
To up-sell all hotel facilities/ products.
To entertain guests as and when appropriate.
To carry out administrative requirements as directed.
Have up to date information on daily room occupancy
Maintain up-to date information on room rates, current promotions, offers and packages
Co-ordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms ( daily service/ Turn down service)
Collect Guests feedback during guest departure along with their likes and dislikes.
Update Hotel Log ( Incidents/ Accidents)
Follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management.
