Due to the great success of Diamond Sea Hotel we are reorganizing our Sales & Marketing team. Therefor we have a great opportunity available as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager, for a individual that wants to learn, develop and challenge themselves in taking a leading role of our Sales Team. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager and is responsible for specific markets as well as providing direction to the Hotel's Sales Team in absence of the Sales & Marketing Manager. ASMM will ensure that sales activities and bookings yield maximum revenue per occupied room night. Key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: • Maintain existing territory as specified to the ASMM role. • Meet or exceed annual revenue goal. • Assist in sales activity for business development strategies and solicitation • Assist in direction of sales activity for Travel Industry and Corporate Sales including development strategies and solicitation. • Provide advice and act on recommendations on negotiation strategies and details of group sales proposals and contracts (quality evaluation, closing process). • Secondary leadership role in weekly sales/pipeline meetings. • Strategize with SMM regarding to demand and the competitive market. • Motivate the team to ensure monthly/annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, entertainment goals, are achieved by all team members. • Coach and counsel members of the team as needed with set plan created with SMM • Assist with ownership reporting. • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum of three years experience in hospitality/tourism sales role required. - Experience in a supervisory and leadership capacity, to include coaching, counseling and mentoring, required. - Strong management skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment. - Very strong interpersonal & communication, problem solving, decision making, and negotiating skills. - Be proactive and self-driven. - Superior customer service, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills. - Proven records in delivering operating results in a Hotel. - Proficient English : Fluent spoken and written English.
