Mô tả công việc

Deal with all clients and agents regarding booking golf rounds or shuttle bus • Booking, Confirming and coordinating with direct clients or travel agents by using telephone and specific software at the work place. • Reporting the record of golf round and shuttle bus users everyday as well as predicting the figures for the next 4 days • Answering the company’s phone call, distributing emails and other administrative tasks. • Reporting tournament schedules to related departments in 2 month time. • Processing and recording the number of Rounds booked by travel agents based on current contracts, reporting every month. • Processing and Supervising the Travel agent’s payment • Managing the deposit Vouchers of Travel agent if any • Entering correct data, reviewing reservation, and supporting Receptionist and other department. • Supporting Membership and Sales Department in liaising with Korean Clients including tele-sales, direct sales, corporate meetings required by Sales Manager. • Interpreting task if any.

• Good English language skills, Korean is preferable. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to understand asses and persuade individuals. • Some knowledge of working practices of a golf club would be good. • Ability to cope with pressure ....
