Mô tả công việc

- Handle telephone enquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input in the computer system.

- Make sure all computer input, manual filing procedures and statistical information relevant to reservations must be of high quality

- Provide the most comprehensive and accurate information, to telephone callers, guests

- Ensure that you are completely aware of the complete range of services and facilities that the hotel will provide to its guests and visitors.

- Provide lead advice and constant "feedback" concerning both enquiries and firm reservations.

- Maximize the hotel’s occupancy potential, whilst protecting the Hotel's business mix.

- Ensure that all guests queries and reguests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner

- Responsible for ensuring that all reservation filing and correspondence is carried out daily. Filing must be strictly monitored and filed in a way which ensures that all information is quickly on hand and easily located by all staff within the Front Office

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree in hospitality sector,

- Computer literate (Windows environment, PMS, etc) and an aptitude for new technologies, experting in Smile software is huge advantage

- Fluency in the national language, English and a third language is a priority

- Team spirit

- Enthusiastic

- Good presentation and writing & speaking skills

- Sales oriented
