1 Reply all incoming emails within 24 hours. 2 Retrieve GDS, BT websites & 3rd parties’ websites bookings at least 3 times a day. 3 Input all reservations accurately, in a timely manner and file all correspondences systematically. 4 Print to file & send 6 months history & forecast reports (include tentative & exclude tentative) in Text & PDF format to Singapore Head Office Revenue team. 5 Print 6 months detailed availability chart & send to all RMO offices in Excel format. 6 Print deposit activity report & follow up payment. 7 Print Reservations Trace report & follow up. 8 Adopt a sales attitude and maximize room sales, spa sales and F&B sales for all properties. 9 Adhere to company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received. 10 Maintain high level of product knowledge for the property. 11 Adhere to availability and rate/plan controls. 12 Upkeep “Shared” drive and update the information properly.
