Manage all accounts (Tour Operators) regenerate and increased the productivity of the Account portfolio
Promotes the hotel services and special events, promotions in all sales calls
Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are efficiently addressed

At least 2-3 year experience in a similar experience in the luxury hotel;
Minimum requirement of a Degree / Diploma Holder or an undergraduate degree from in Sales / Hospitality;
Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must; proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint;
Proactive, guest service oriented, excellent presentation skills;
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
Knowledge of international/regional source markets would be added advantage
