Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for buying the best quality equipment, food, drinks and
consumables for a company or organisation at the most competitive prices. They
work in a wide range of sectors for many different organisations.
- Provide leadership for the purchasing department and motivate staff to achieve
maximum performance and efficiency
- Be good at negotiating, networking and dealing with numbers, as well as dealing
with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues.

- Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best
value, delivery schedules and quality (equipment, food, drinks & consumables)
- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and
customers
- Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and
maintaining good relationships with them
- Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the
quality of service provided
- Processing payments and invoices
- Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future
- Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
- Developing an organisation's purchasing strategy

- Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives
- Maintain an efficient system handling, coding and tracking of products and
communicate with accounting department on invoices which need researching.
- Perform physical inventory monthly/quarterly and submit report to CFO/CEO
- Training and supervising the work of other members of staff to ensure their
compliance with existing policies & procedures of Purchasing
- Perform other tasks assigned by CEO or higher level of authority in the
organization
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- 5-10 years of working experience in procurement field. Especially in the
hospitality industry it is the advantage
- A confident & dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively
with all levels of an organization.
- Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting
relationships with others.
- Good leadership & management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills (English & Vietnamese)
- Have analytical skills; commercial awareness and ability to adapt to different
client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships
- Have a good standard of numeracy in order to analyse facts and figures
- Good in negotiation and networking
- The ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of
demanding targets and tight deadlines
- Handle tasks with a confident and mature approach
- Be tactful and diplomatic
