- Manages all functions of the F&B Culinary and Stewarding operations to achieve the optimum departmental profit and quality level of food production and sanitation. - Produces recipes and maintains updated and accurate costing of all dishes - Develops and writes standard recipes - Develops new dishes and products - Maintains comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets and current trends and make appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly - Manages & trains all associates in the department

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 year experience in a same position in 4 or 5 stars Hotel/ Resort. - Strong proven management skills - Strong knowledge of food costing, menu planning and HACCP - Ability to train, coach the team members - Ability to communicate in English
