- Develop designs for advertisements, flyers, brochures, coupons and other collaterals as briefed by marketing and communication manager/ assistant public relations manager. - Assist in taking pictures for hotel purposes - Out-source color proofing and camera ready material for color printing requirements - Out-source cutting/scoring/folding of paper stocks as required - Adhere to corporate guidelines for use of logo, color specifications and other visual elements outlined in the corporate guidelines manual - Advise on technical aspects related to design, production and printing - Assist purchasing department with preparation of mock-ups incorporating logo and other corporate specifications, mostly related to rooms division - Assist food and beverage department with the creation and updating of menus - Assist executive office, human resources and sales and marketing department with development of invitations, birthday cards and other special requests.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College/Bachelor degree in graphic design or related major - Good English written and spoken - Knowledgeable about personalised customer services - Experience in managing print jobs and working with printers - Practical knowledge and skills to use InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant design softwares for marketing collaterals and advertisements - Proficient at using Microsoft Office - Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines - Creative, well organized and good team player - Working experience at an international hotel in the same capacity
