Mô tả công việc

SCOPE OF WORK:
To assist Hotel Chief Engineer, with the assistance of skilled technicians to supervise and repair the mechanical, electrical, electronic, hard furnishings and power Generators therein to the safety standards and procedures laid down by the local authorities or manufacturers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directs and supervises the implementation of an effective Trouble Report System & other day-to-day works of general maintenance and repair to ensure sound and operational condition throughout.
Runs regular checks on technical equipment to prevent any problems and organizes the work for maintenance technicians.
Implements corrective action plans.
For all works involving outside contractors for conferring with successful contractors and follows up closely to ensure that all works are completed according to specifications and within the time period.
Recommends and organizes where necessary the training and development of any member of the department with potential for advancement.
Conducts staff meetings with staff to keep them updated on new policies, procedures and other information pertaining to the hotel operation.
Implement and follow up all ACCOR Engineering Standards and practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

Matured, self motivated and strong leadership skills
4 – 5 years experience in a similar position
Computer literate and good in English.
Good knowledge in interpreting Engineering plans and well verse on electrical controls and circuit diagrams.
Good knowledge on the operation of Boilers, Chillers, Generators and other related equipments.
Hardworking and willing to render extra hours.
