Mô tả công việc

- Directs and controls all correspondence with local government officials/departments in conjunction with Sky Lake corporate office - Co-ordinates with club management in assisting with VIPs/Members visiting the club. - Liaise with department managers on meetings / report submissions. - Carry out research/surveys/reports as requested by the General Manager. - Create and manage an efficient filing system - Facilitate the administration of department training where needed - Translation of documents from English – Vietnamese and via versa. - Assist where required with official club events in the organization and execution of such events. - ALWAYS maintain and protect all private information that you have access too. - Work with suppliers and PR related agencies. ....
