Summarized job responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day management of associate working in the Department.
• Report and follow up on Maintenance Requests.
• Check VIP rooms, allocate rooms and recommend work duties.
• Conduct daily briefings and weekly associate meetings, counselling and discipline. Conduct associate appraisals annually and analyze training needs for current positions and future promotions.
• Maintain good productivity through associate utilization and manpower controls.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize absenteeism and to manage occupational health & safety issues.
• Ensure associates have adequate cleaning equipment and supplies to complete their job function, and ensure equipment is in working order.
• Inform Executive Housekeeper of any major tasks where an outside contractor should be called in.
• Develop and implement quality improvement measures to increase product quality and productivity.
• Analyze and respond to guest feedback, guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction information; and give a positive commitment to continuous improvement of product and performance.

Job Requirement
General:
Years of experience: At least 02 years in management position
Minimum career level: Team Leader / Assistant Manager
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor or equivalent certificates

Others:
Good knowledge of Opera & major computer programs.
Possess result-oriented, patient, pleasant, assertive personality & rapport building.
Good negotiation, communication & influencing skills in English & Vietnamese.
Possess customer-handling techniques/objections.
Good organizational & time management skills.
