Mô tả công việc

  • Pays visits to former, existing, and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them, and look at any moment for any special group request or promotion that the Agency may be entering into the market. 
  • He / She conduct a minimum of 4-6 sales calls a day. 
  • With All the sales team, he / she is important part of the ultimate goal of reaching the Room Revenue monthly.
  • Receive at the hotel any important guests whom he/she has approached or that the Agencies are bringing to the hotel to promote it. 
  • Negotiate prices with clients and issue yearly contract. Confirms verbal group and leisure individual proposals in writing and transmits to customer via email/fax. 
  • Promote the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conducting site inspections, presentations, etc. of the hotel. 
  • Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests. 
  • Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. 
  • Ensures that all complaints are reviewed, investigated At all times promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact. 
  • To develop and foster close and positive support with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade. 
  • The Sales Manager maintains and ensures the smooth running operations of all his/her accounts within the business segments assigned Overseas the organization of Fam trips to the hotel for Leisure and MICE market, organize and lead the site inspections and entertainment.
