Mô tả công việc

- Achieve sales targets for events and weddings set in Sales & Marketing - Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business strategies - Maintain and develop customer accounts - Update team members on new packages/ideas and develop sales strategies or promotion or partnership - Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels - Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions - Work within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities - Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs - Manage staff performance in compliance with company policies and procedures - Manage, train and develop the team - Attend Sales events, meetings as required - Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Director of Sales & Marketing and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads - Other tasks as assigned by DOSM

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 3-year related experience in hospitality industry - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills both in English and Vietnamese - Ability to supervise and handle all jobs related - Strong administration skills - Service minded and can work under pressure - Ability to handle all complaints and solve the problems efficiently
