Mô tả công việc

PAYROLL
- Draft LBC
- Collect timesheets/Rosters from each department head, sent weekly by 5pm on Friday (for outlet opereation). For office staff monthly check attendance record
- Register labour code, social insurance, payroll scale by labour law
- Handle all social insurance claims from EE
- Handle all termination paperworks from leaving staff
- Support recruitment to follow employees document submitted at their arival
- Support on stationery orders monthly from department.
- Support Taxi expenses/receipts chec monthly and make payment request process
- Support telephone allowance follow up at the end of payroll (buy top up cards & provide to employees)
- Prepare labour legal paperworks if any check / auditing required from local authority (tax, social insurance)
- Monthly payroll calculation & process paperworks to the bank
- Social insurance & tax calculation monthly sent to chief accountant
- Contact list update monthly
- Reporting & Filing (Weekly/Monthly)
