Mô tả công việc

• Welcomer Supervisor reports directly to the Front Office Manager. She supervises the Welcomer Team 
• She has the direct responsibility to ensure the full comfort of the guests during their stay 
• Welcomer Supervisor ensures special treatment to VIPs and Gold & Platinum Le Club Members 
• She must lead dynamically the Welcomer Team and be pro-active to develop the section to an even higher level of service 
• Welcomer Supervisor should standby at all time in the lobby. 
• Her main responsibility is to ensure that a warmly welcome (& farewell) are provided for all the guests arriving at the hotel, and that they are escorted from the main door to the Front Desk and then to their room 
• Welcomer Supervisor ensure that all guest are provided with welcome drink, escorted to their rooms and introduced to hotel and room facilities 
• All repeating guests (3d, 5th, 10th, 20th, 50th,… stay) are welcome by name at the entrance and escorted to the Front Desk, the Executive Lounge or straight to their room for check in 
• She will ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the lobby area at all times 
• She is pro-active in assisting the guests in the lobby as needed as long as she can handle the request directly. She will escort the guest to the counter concerned and ensure that the guest is satisfied with the service provided 
• She will be looking after special Guest Treatments such as Repeating Guests, honeymooners, anniversary guest’s birthdays, A Club card holders… as per procedure established 
• Welcomer Supervisor are the issuers of the loyalty cards to the guests (Le Club Guest Card & Accor Advantage Plus)

Yêu cầu công việc

• BA degree in Hospitality Management 
• Strong team player 
• Extremely organized 
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills 
• Good command of spoken and written English 
• Good problem solving, analytical, communications, interpersonal skills are a must 
• Minimum 01 years’ experience is essential 
• Knowledge of the hotel environment 
• Fluent in Vietnamese, English and a 3rd language is a plus
