Mô tả công việc

- Preparing all administration documents relative to Sales department

- Attending to telephone, emails from external/internal and guest
- Making contract for all types of customer (corporate, FIT/GIT, long stay, meeting and banquet)
- Sending the quotation to the respective customer and to the department or person in-charge
- Assisting guest's complaint in permision area
- Assisting in conducting Site inspection as requirement
- Updatting Sales activities / event on system
- Updating Meeting and Banquet Calendar
- Creating and updating guest's profile on hotel system
- Willing to take additional tasks and work assignment by Head of department or hotel management

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree in Hotel Management school, general Business school, or other related to the area
- Presentation Skills, Negotiating Skills
- Health in good condition
- Highly presentable
- Fluent in the national language, and Business English
