Mô tả công việc

- With Sales Manager plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.

- Sell all facets of the hotel and cross sell other Hotels Group properties.

- Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions.

- Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plan.

- Conduct familiarizations and site inspections.

- Develop and maintain contract with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and producer closely allied to Hotel business.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customer, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

- Problem solving organizational abilities.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.

- Good communication and writing skills.
