• The Sales Manager’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel where possible through entertaining, conduction, site inspections, presentation etc
• To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company
• To ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial and leisure sections in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters
• Provides after-sales service and take care of all guest complaints
• The performance of the Sales Manager will be determined solely by the productivity of the corporate/room sales and the overall results of the hotel

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business administration or related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
• Problem solving, leadership, reasoning, motivating, organizational, teamwork and training abilities
• Proficient in use of Microsoft office
• Good writing skills
