Our Hanoi fusion restaurant chain is currently recruiting a Fusion Cuisine Creator. As a Fusion Cuisine Creator, you would be responsible creating, generating, testing new Italian, American dishes which localised by Vietnamese taste and ingredients (FUSION). You also would be able to train the new recipes to related chefs and staffs. We are looking to speak to anyone who has passionate, experience and knowledge in Fusion Cuisine and Cooking. Minimum 30 hours/ week, which can be a mixture of weekdays and weekends. Salary and other benefits then would be discussed in person.
